Onlangs opende het nieuwste opslagpark van Salland Storage<\/a>, in Almelo Aa-dorp, de deuren. Maarten Streppel: \u201cWij zijn erg verheugd met deze uitbreiding. We hebben hiermee een klant kunnen helpen om een goede invulling te geven aan een braakliggend bedrijventerrein. <\/span>Daar zijn onze opslagcontainers dus uitermate geschikt voor, de eerste reserveringen zijn al binnen.”\u00a0<\/span>

Hoog rendement<\/b><\/h3>\n

\u201cDeze klant had dus ruimte over en zocht daar gepaste invulling voor. Na het maken van een berekening bleek dat het plaatsen van storage containers het beste rendement zou opleveren. Via-via had hij al gehoord over onze multifunctionele Z-Box containers<\/a>. Hij wilde deze dus gaan plaatsen maar had geen enkele ervaring met de exploitatie ervan.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n

Maatwerk<\/b><\/h3>\n

\u201cDaarom hebben we gekozen voor een maatwerkoplossing. De klant brengt het terrein in en wij onze kennis en kunde. Uiteraard moet het lokale bestemmingsplan de exploitatie van self storage containers toestaan. Een geschikt storage terrein terrein is omheind met een kwalitatief goed hekwerk, goed geplaveid, kent een prima waterafvoer en is uitstekend bereikbaar met de auto. Salland Storage formule<\/b><\/h3>\n

\u201cDe klant voert de Salland Storage formule uit en profiteert van onze langjarige kennis op het gebied van containerexploitatie, de te volgen procedures en onze ervaringen met eindgebruikers. Hij maakt gebruik van ons reserveringssysteem en digitale formulieren en onze Google-ervaring met betrekking tot online herkenning en vindbaarheid. In de praktijk betekent dat in het geval van Almelo dat de helft van de containers eigendom is van de klant en de helft van ons. Goed voorbeeld<\/b><\/h3>\n

De opening van Salland Storage Almelo is een nieuw goed voorbeeld voor ondernemers die met containers een hoog rendement willen behalen maar aarzelen omdat ze niet bekend zijn met de storage branche. Maarten: \u201cWij bevelen deze mogelijkheid juist van harte aan omdat we al 15 jaar lang een reputatie hebben opgebouwd in deze branche, waardoor ondernemers zonder zorgen met ons in zee kunnen gaan.
