En 37% van de beschikbare self storage capaciteit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" aria-checked=\"false\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De zes belangrijkste bij de FEDESSA aangesloten landen (En, Fr, Spa, Ned, Dui, Zwe) herbergen 78% van alle self storage locaties.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" aria-checked=\"false\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De gemiddelde huurprijs in Europa is \u20ac 268,74 per vierkante meter per jaar. Een stijging van 7% ten opzichte van vorig jaar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" aria-checked=\"false\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De gemiddelde bezettingsgraad in Europa steeg van 79,8% naar 81,5%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" aria-checked=\"false\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bijna de helft van de faciliteiten had een bezettingsgraad van meer dan 85%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" aria-checked=\"false\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het percentage huurachterstanden van meer dan 30 dagen daalde van 8,7% in 2020 tot slechts 3,7%.\u00a0 Dit ondanks de impact van de COVID-19 pandemie.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" aria-checked=\"false\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Exploitanten blijven optimistisch over hun vooruitzichten. 86% van de ondervraagden verwacht meer winst in 2022 te maken en 72% verwacht een hogere bezettingsgraad.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" aria-checked=\"false\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Er wordt gebouwd aan 104 nieuwe locaties. Daarnaast zijn er nog 53 faciliteiten in de planningsfase.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\" aria-checked=\"false\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het aantal medewerkers per vestiging blijft dalen.
