Voor de conversie van een camperterrein naar een goed renderend storage park draaien we onze hand niet om. Deze keer hebben we een parkeergarage in het Duitse Ruhrgebied voorzien van opslagcontainers. Het complex beschikt ook nog over een groot buitenterrein waar kan worden geparkeerd. Echter, het parkeeraanbod in de directe omgeving was domweg te groot. Daardoor werd het onmogelijk om voor deze parkeergarage voldoende bezettingsgraad te kunnen realiseren. Een rendabele exploitatie bleek niet mogelijk. De vrijgekomen ruimtes hebben we gevuld met onze opslagcontainers. Er waren er verder geen bouwkundige aanpassingen nodig. Omdat de hoogte in de garage slechts 2,60 meter is, hadden we nauwelijks ruimte om te manoeuvreren. Door een compacte heftruck en zwenkwielen te gebruiken was het mogelijk om de containers naar de juiste plek te rijden. <\/span>De klant kan in de opnieuw ingerichte parkeergarage probleemloos zijn auto parkeren bij de eigen opslagunit. Het gebouw zelf is volledig intact gelaten. Hierdoor is het in de toekomst geen enkel probleem om er zo nodig een andere bestemming aan te geven. Ook is het mogelijk om containers bij te plaatsen wanneer de vraag naar opslagruimte toeneemt. <\/span><\/p>\n
