Ik had nog een behoorlijk groot buitenterrein over waarvan ik me afvroeg hoe ik dat het beste zou kunnen invullen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Daarvoor had ik in eerste instantie twee opties in gedachten; een buitenstalling realiseren of nog een pand bijbouwen. De derde optie; containers plaatsen, kwam pas later in beeld via USC. Dat vond ik trouwens direct een heel interessante optie. <\/span>Dat is snel te realiseren en je hoeft niet zelf te bouwen. Het is gewoon containers laten neerzetten en direct met verhuren beginnen.”<\/span>

Ik bied storage aan van verschillende groottes en als er een klant komt laat ik eerst de binnenopslag en daarna de buitenopslag zien. En dan kiezen ze vrijwel allemaal voor de optie buitenopslag. Daaruit leid ik af dat het een populair en goed concept is.”<\/span>

Dat vinden de meeste mensen al een beetje lastig. Dan moet je met karretjes aan de gang en spullen in de lift zetten en zelf met de trap gaan.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dus, als ik eerst deze optie laat zien en daarna de buitenopslag, waarbij je direct toegang tot je opslagruimte hebt met de auto, is de keuze bij veel klanten snel gemaakt.\u201d<\/span>
