Zichtbare camera’s<\/b><\/h3>\n

We bekijken enkele beveiligingscomponenten die uw self storageklanten kunnen zien wanneer ze op weg zijn naar hun unit. Ten eerste zouden ze camera’s moeten zien die het centrale plein en de straten bestrijken van de buitenlocatie. Idealiter kan het personeel van de locatie zo de voortgang van een voertuig volgen op monitoren.<\/span><\/p>\n

Verlichting<\/b><\/h3>\n

Als een self storageklant buiten kantoortijden op het terrein komt, zou deze moeten opmerken dat alles goed verlicht is. Dat geeft een veilig gevoel. Bovendien helpt het videocamera’s om scherpere beelden te registreren. Het is ook nog eens een enorm afschrikmiddel voor eventuele kwaadwillenden, die liever onopgemerkt in het donker opereren. Statistieken tonen aan dat er op een goed verlicht park minder snel wordt ingebroken of sprake is van vandalisme.<\/span><\/p>\n

Regels<\/b><\/h3>\n

Houd er rekening mee dat er situaties zijn waarbij je niet elke ruimte naar wens kunt verlichten. De meeste gemeenten hebben regels rondom buitenverlichting. Hoewel u uw terrein natuurlijk zo optimaal mogelijk wilt beveiligen, moet u ook rekening houden met de belangen van aangrenzende bedrijven of particuliere bewoners. Een lokale verlichtingspecialist kan u helpen om een oplossing vinden die het beste werkt voor u en uw buren.<\/span><\/p>\n

De uitgang<\/b><\/h3>\n

De laatste locatie die u kunt beveiligen is de uitgang, die al dan niet gescheiden is van de ingang. Zorg er in ieder geval voor dat u camerabeelden maakt van vertrekkende voertuigen. Een verplicht in te toetsen code voordat men het terrein weer kan verlaten kunnen we hier ook aanbevelen. Klanten voelen zich meestal veiliger als ze merken dat de uitgang ook wordt gemonitord. Tegelijkertijd geeft het u mogelijkheden om bij te houden wanneer bezoekers het terrein verlaten. Als een onbevoegde partij er onverhoopt toch in is geslaagd om het terrein te betreden, zal deze bij de uitgang alsnog kunnen worden tegengehouden.<\/span><\/p>\n
