Het is een goede gewoonte om in de laatste nieuwsbrief, voordat overal de welverdiende vakanties aanbreken, nog even kort terug te blikken op het afgelopen jaar. En natuurlijk kijken we ook stiekem alvast even over de zomer heen naar wat ons in het najaar te wachten staat…<\/span><\/p>\n

Terugblik<\/h3>\n

Het jaar startte met onzekerheid in de markt. Door een stijgende rente waren bepaalde bouwprojecten plots onzeker. Ook kwam de financiering van veel nieuwe aankopen in de opslagmarkt onder druk te staan. In de praktijk betekent dit voor ons dat de beslissingssnelheid om ons een opdracht te gunnen omlaag gaat. <\/span><\/p>\n

Inmiddels lijkt men gewend aan de nieuwe rentes en zien we dat projecten
alsnog doorgang vinden. Prettig voor ons, maar vooral verstandig van onze klanten, want de vraag naar opslagruimte blijft groot. <\/span><\/p>\n

Zowel de beurzen<\/a>, klantbezoeken als installaties brachten ons weer naar alle uithoeken van Europa. Van het uiterste westen in IJsland tot het oosten in Roemeni\u00eb. Ieder land heeft zijn eigen idee\u00ebn, behoeftes en uitvoering op het gebied van opslag. Aan ons de taak om onze containers hier in te laten passen. <\/span><\/p>\n

Slimme financiering<\/h3>\n

De hoge rente maakt het lastiger om onze containers te financieren. Wij kijken daarom actief naar manieren om daar creatief mee om te gaan. Omdat we over een eigen leasemaatschappij beschikken, blijven wij ons best doen om de voorwaarden zo gunstig mogelijk te maken. Sneller opbouwen<\/h3>\n

Wij beschikken inmiddels lange tijd over een vast team van ervaren bouwers. Het afladen van containers en het opbouwen en inrichten van containerparken kost daardoor steeds minder tijd. Dat wordt ook door onze klanten gewaardeerd. Een prettig detail is dat wij de bouw van onze containers tegen gunstige tarieven aan kunnen bieden.<\/span><\/p>\n

Over bouwen gesproken: onlangs hebben we de bouw van twee self-storage parken in Zweden afgerond en diverse parken van 1BOX<\/a> in Nederland voorzien van onze Z-Boxen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Najaar<\/h3>\n

Na de zomerperiode maken we ons op voor de bouw van nieuwe self-storage parken in onder meer Ierland, het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Duitsland.
En we kijken natuurlijk uit naar de FEDESSA-beurs die in oktober in ons eigen Rotterdam zal worden gehouden. Van de voorbereidingen omtrent deze show houden we u uiteraard op de hoogte.<\/span><\/p>\n
