En los Pa\u00edses Bajos, por cierto, el alquiler medio es de 219,00 euros.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Casi el 60% de los propietarios de locales de almacenamiento tienen previsto aumentar significativamente las tarifas en funci\u00f3n de la inflaci\u00f3n en los pr\u00f3ximos 12 meses.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El \u00edndice medio de ocupaci\u00f3n fue del 80,2%, ligeramente inferior al 81,5% del a\u00f1o anterior. En los Pa\u00edses Bajos, el \u00edndice de ocupaci\u00f3n es del 86%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El 77% de los operadores espera que los \u00edndices de ocupaci\u00f3n aumenten en los pr\u00f3ximos 12 meses.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El 20% de la poblaci\u00f3n neerlandesa se plantea recurrir al autoalmacenamiento. En los pa\u00edses emergentes, ese porcentaje suele ser inferior.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La inflaci\u00f3n es la mayor preocupaci\u00f3n de los operadores, seguida del riesgo de recesi\u00f3n, el aumento de los costes del suelo, el exceso de oferta de self-storage en su propia regi\u00f3n y el impacto de la guerra en Ucrania.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El n\u00famero de clientes empresariales aument\u00f3 del 22% en 2021 al 29% en 2022. S\u00f3lo el 38% de los centros utiliza iluminaci\u00f3n LED, s\u00f3lo el 20% trabaja con materiales de envasado reciclables y s\u00f3lo el 3% despliega paneles solares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Afortunadamente, ya podemos ofrecer a nuestros clientes operaciones m\u00e1s sostenibles.
