Entrega en Kontain, Vallentuna<\/h3>\n

Nuestro ingeniero Danny viaj\u00f3 recientemente en tren a Suecia. De hecho, hab\u00edamos recibido noticias de \u00faltima hora de que un cargamento de nuestros contenedores de almacenamiento hab\u00eda llegado al puerto de Estocolmo. Hab\u00edan sido enviados directamente desde Estados Unidos y necesitaban ser despachados lo antes posible. <\/span><\/p>\n

Las Z-Box se destinaron al parque de almacenamiento que Kontain<\/a> construir\u00e1 en Vallentuna. Un terreno bastante grande en un parque empresarial de f\u00e1cil acceso entre la ciudad de Estocolmo y el aeropuerto. Kontain realiza aqu\u00ed un parque de autoalmacenamiento sin personal utilizando nuestras Z-Box, con port\u00f3n el\u00e9ctrico, que se abre con un c\u00f3digo en el m\u00f3vil, y muchas c\u00e1maras de vigilancia.<\/span><\/p>\n

Danny organiz\u00f3 el transporte de los contenedores en cami\u00f3n. Se dispuso una gr\u00faa y una carretilla elevadora en colaboraci\u00f3n con Krantjanst<\/a>, empresa que tambi\u00e9n hab\u00eda colaborado con \u00e9xito en la entrega anterior en Suecia. La descarga transcurri\u00f3 sin contratiempos, ayudada por un tiempo de abril inusualmente agradable para Escandinavia, con temperaturas de 20 grados y mucho sol.
El 31 de mayo, nuestro equipo habitual de construcci\u00f3n polaco empez\u00f3 a construir los contenedores y a colocarlos en el lugar adecuado.<\/span><\/p>\n

Branschdag 2023, Zweden<\/h3>\n

De Zweedse Self Storage Association<\/a> organiseerde op 11 mei jl. de jaarlijkse Branschdag 2023 in Stockholm. USC was uiteraard aanwezig. Danny en Maarten hadden een aantal geprinte schaalmodellen van diverse varianten van onze Z-Box meegenomen die we toonden op onze stand. Sinds kort beschikken we over een eigen 3D-printer waarmee we ook complete maquettes van containerparken kunnen gaan visualiseren voor onze klanten. Bezoekers reageerden alvast heel positief op de getoonde schaalmodellen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tijdens de beursdag was een dag waarop we veel oude bekenden spraken. Zo troffen we onder meer Grant Daniel, directeur van IBidOnStorage, die we vorig jaar al eens voor onze nieuwsbrief interviewden<\/a>. Maar de vele mogelijkheden die onze opslagcontainers bieden trokken ook de aandacht van ge\u00efnteresseerde bezoekers afkomstig uit onder meer Oostenrijk, Zweden, Noorwegen en Denemarken. We praten binnenkort zeker verder met een aantal van hen. Presentaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n

Maarten tambi\u00e9n hizo una breve presentaci\u00f3n durante la feria de Estocolmo. Explic\u00f3 a los asistentes que la compra de un contenedor USC (Z-Box) da lugar a una operaci\u00f3n mucho m\u00e1s favorable que el uso de contenedores normales para este fin, y lo apoy\u00f3 con l\u00e1minas transparentes.

Sin embargo, los ingresos anuales por alquiler tambi\u00e9n son superiores porque los precios de alquiler por m2 de las unidades Z-Box son superiores a los de un contenedor mar\u00edtimo. Tras tres a\u00f1os de funcionamiento, ya se ha alcanzado el umbral de rentabilidad. A partir del cuarto a\u00f1o, el resultado es m\u00e1s favorable que si se utiliza un contenedor.
