<\/b>Bedenk dat een websitebezoeker nu eenmaal weinig tijd heeft. Hij\/zij blijft zo kort mogelijk en als hij gevonden heeft wat hij zocht (of denkt dat dat hier niet gaat lukken) dan is deze ook snel weer vertrokken. Geef de bezoeker dus zo snel mogelijk het gevoel dat jouw website wel de plek is waarnaar hij op zoek is.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/b>Tekst is heel belangrijk voor een website. Toch wordt er vaak het minste budget voor gereserveerd. Dat is niet slim. Tekst is immers vaak belangrijker dan een mooie vormgeving,\u00a0 gelikte plaatjes, video\u2019s of sliders. Want dat is meestal niet waar een bezoeker voor komt. Het gaat hem echt om de inhoud. <\/b>Vertel op de homepage direct en duidelijk wat voor soort website het is en van wie en wat je er kunt doen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Doelgroep<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/b>Laat het taalgebruik aansluiten op de kenmerken van je doelgroep. Er zijn zes hoofdcategorie\u00ebn: vari\u00ebrend van A1 (zeer eenvoudige teksten) tot C2 (zeer ingewikkelde communicatie). Bijna alle Nederlanders begrijpen teksten op B1-niveau. Teksten op B1-niveau maken gebruik van alledaagse taal zonder veel \u2018moeilijke\u2019 woorden, kennen een duidelijk structuur (inleiding-kern-slot), korte zinnen en alinea\u2019s en worden geschreven in de actieve vorm.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pas de 3-trapsraket toe<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/b>Benoem eerst het \u2018probleem\u2019 van je bezoekers; dat triggert direct. Vertel daarna wat het nadeel is als dat probleem niet wordt opgelost. Geef daarna de oplossing.<\/span><\/p>\n

Afstand<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/b>Communiceer in je teksten op dezelfde manier als je praat; gebruik dezelfde woorden, hetzelfde soort zinnen etc. Dat verkleint de natuurlijke afstand tot de bezoeker.<\/span><\/p>\n

Opmaak<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/b>Vermijd te lange zinnen; gebruik alinea\u2019s van 3\/4 zinnen of 6\/7 regels en zet daar korte tussenkopjes boven. Zorg voor voldoende wit rondom de teksten, dat geeft een rustiger beeld.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/b>Vermijd clich\u00e9s, uitroeptekens en de Caps Lock toets.<\/span><\/p>\n

Leesbaarheid<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/b>Gebruik een goed leesbaar lettertype en lettergrootte; let op de kleur van de letter versus kleur van de achtergrond. Zwart op wit geeft nog altijd het beste contrast en biedt het meest rustgevende beeld.<\/span><\/p>\n

Val op<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/b>Gebruik opvallende call to action-buttons, liefst op elke pagina \u00e9\u00e9n, en lijstjes (maximaal 7 items en niet te lang).<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/b>Zorg dat alle teksten actueel zijn, vermeld de juiste openingstijden, zorg dat verwijzingen naar afgelopen acties tijdig worden verwijderd etc.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/b>Zorg ervoor dat je site goed gevonden wordt in Google door populaire zoekwoorden op te nemen in de teksten en tussenkopjes te gebruiken. Vernieuw ook regelmatig de content, daar is Google dol op.<\/span><\/p>\n

Het is goed om in het achterhoofd te houden dat een website nooit af is. Ook wij zijn momenteel druk bezig om onze website verder te optimaliseren!<\/p>\n
