Vi elenchiamo in anticipo alcuni risultati degni di nota e, ove possibile, li confrontiamo con i Paesi Bassi, il nostro Paese d&#8217;origine.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&#8217;affitto medio per metro quadro di self-storage in Europa \u00e8 di 290,00 euro, con un aumento del 7,9% rispetto al 2021. Nei Paesi Bassi, tra l&#8217;altro, l&#8217;affitto medio \u00e8 di 219,00 euro.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quasi il 60% dei proprietari di locali di stoccaggio prevede di aumentare significativamente le tariffe in linea con l&#8217;inflazione nei prossimi 12 mesi.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il tasso di occupazione medio \u00e8 stato dell&#8217;80,2%, in leggero calo rispetto all&#8217;81,5% dell&#8217;anno precedente. Nei Paesi Bassi, il tasso di occupazione \u00e8 dell&#8217;86%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il 77% degli operatori prevede un aumento dei tassi di occupazione nei prossimi 12 mesi.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il 20% della popolazione olandese sta pensando di utilizzare il self-storage.
