Primeur! We zijn er trots op om te kunnen meedelen dat we dit najaar grote opslagparken in Zweden en Noorwegen gaan bouwen. Het is de eerste keer dat we in Scandinavi\u00eb aan de slag gaan. Maar wat ons betreft zal het hier zeker niet bij blijven! Onze Z-Boxen zijn immers ontworpen om de meest extreme weersomstandigheden het hoofd te kunnen bieden.<\/span><\/p>\n

In de noordelijke Europese landen is de huur van externe opslagruimte de gewoonste zaak van de wereld. De bevolking woont voornamelijk rondom de stedelijke gebieden. Daar is de ruimte, anders dan in de rest van Scandinavi\u00eb, behoorlijk schaars. In Zweden is het heel gebruikelijk om tijdens de lange, koude winters een ander interieur te gebruiken. Of om zelfs een compleet andere woning te betrekken dan tijdens de zomerperiode. Deze traditie staat garant voor een permanente, grote behoefte aan opslagruimtes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Noorwegen en Zweden<\/b><\/p>\n

Het verheugt ons enorm dat wij in het najaar enkele mooie projecten mogen realiseren in Scandinavi\u00eb. Daarmee spelen we in op de lokale opslagbehoefte. Allereerst verrijst er eind deze maand een containerpark in Bergen, Noorwegen. Later dit jaar gaan we twee opslagparken bouwen nabij Stockholm, de hoofdstad van Zweden. Deze parken bestaan uit opslagcontainers die volledig ge\u00efsoleerd en geventileerd zijn. Uiteraard zijn onze containers met gemak in staat om de strenge Zweedse winters te doorstaan.<\/span><\/p>\n

USC heeft ruime ervaring met opslag in koude regio\u2019s. Dit komt door het realiseren van opslaglocaties in Alaska en Canada.\u00a0 Trouwens, ook de \u2018on-Hollandse\u2019 winter van 2021 hebben onze containers probleemloos<\/span> doorstaan<\/span>. Het hanteren van ongeschreven opslagregels als \u2018droog erin betekent droog eruit\u2019 helpt dan uiteraard wel.<\/span><\/p>\n

Logistiek<\/b><\/p>\n

Het gaat hier om een grote en ingewikkelde logistieke operatie. <\/b>De opslagunits voor Noorwegen worden per schip aangevoerd. De verwachte aankomst is in de derde week van september. Na een kort pre-assemblageproces in Deventer gaan de units door naar Noorwegen. De opslagunits voor Zweden zijn nog in productie. Daarna volgt de verscheping naar Nederland. Hier vindt eerst de pre-assemblage plaats. Vervolgens zal onze partner <\/span>De Roos Transport<\/span> de containers naar Zweden rijden. Ons bouwteam ter plaatse zal de Z-Boxen weer professioneel in elkaar zetten. <\/span>
