Universal Storage Containers (USC) is trots om te vertellen dat we dit jaar een prijs hebben gewonnen bij de <\/span>FEDESSA<\/span><\/a> Sustainability Awards. Dit laat zien hoe onze slimme en milieuvriendelijke oplossingen niet alleen goed zijn voor het milieu, maar ook opslagbedrijven helpen groeien.<\/span><\/p>\n

Duurzaamheid binnen USC<\/b><\/h3>\n

We zijn erg blij met de award aangezien duurzaamheid bij ons is ge\u00efntegreerd in elk aspect van onze containers. De duurzame oplossingen van onze Z-Box zijn niet alleen goed voor het milieu, maar ook de functionaliteit en winstgevendheid voor uw opslagbedrijf. Solar Solutions<\/b><\/h3>\n

Met op maat gemaakte zonnepanelen constructies kan elke Z-Box worden uitgerust met zes zonnepanelen. Dit energie-effici\u00ebnte ontwerp maakt het mogelijk om opslaglocaties onafhankelijk van conventionele stroombronnen te laten opereren. We hebben dit jaar op meerdere locaties zonnepanelen op onze containers gerealiseerd. Bij ons demo park in Deventer doen we het echter al jaren in de praktijk. Flatpacked transport<\/b><\/h3>\n

Flatpacked Transport: Het transporteren van maximaal 12 plat verpakte containers per vrachtwagen vermindert de uitstoot aanzienlijk en draagt bij aan een kleinere ecologische voetafdruk. Het ‘Three R principe’ (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle)<\/b><\/h3>\n

Het flatpacked transport valt ook binnen het \u201cThree R principe\u201d. Een 40ft zeecontainer kan tot 12 Z-Boxen vervoeren, waardoor de transport vanaf de fabriek naar de klant sterk afneemt en de ecologische voetafdruk wordt verkleind. Daarnaast zijn de containers ontworpen voor eenvoudige demontage, zodat individuele onderdelen hergebruikt kunnen worden voor onderhoud of reparaties. Dit verlengt de levensduur van de containers en minimaliseert het materiaalverbruik. Bovendien zijn onze containers volledig recyclebaar. De materialen kunnen eenvoudig worden gescheiden, zodat ze aan het einde van hun levenscyclus niet op stortplaatsen terechtkomen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Greenroofs<\/b><\/h3>\n

Door sedum-daken te installeren blijven onze containers op natuurlijke wijze koeler, wat de behoefte aan energie-intensieve klimaatregeling vermindert. Deze daken bevorderen ook de biodiversiteit in stedelijke gebieden.<\/span><\/p>\n
