Your own master key plan
Basically, any type of padlock fits our containers. We have developed our own master key plan based on SKG*** cylinder locks, so that all insurers cover the storage of your goods. The manager of the space retains access to the units, but the end user can in turn also operate, for example, a gate, shared spaces, trailers or the alarm with one key.
Loading ramps
We offer this handy accessory, ideal for business customers and motorcyclists, as standard in two sizes. Doesn’t that fit? Then we’ll gladly make a custom loading ramp for you.
Our loading ramps
Loading ramp 1: 15 cm high, a ramp length of 40cm and 80cm wide.
Loading ramp 2: 15 cm high, a ramp length of 80cm and 80cm wide. This larger loading ramp has a longer approach and is therefore less steep to ride onto.
We make the ramps in our own workshop from 4/5 mm aluminium chequer plate. Motorcycles up to 350 kg can go over it without any problem.

Electricity is definitely a ‘must’ for motorcyclists. We install our own lockable wall sockets so that optimal control over the unit becomes possible.

The storage containers can easily be fitted with various wall sockets per unit. These can easily be connected to the existing electricity network. The wall sockets can be sealed by the landlord. This raises a barrier for the end user to use other appliances than agreed.
Branding
We can adapt the appearance of the Z-Box to your logo, company colours or building through spraying, magnetic stickers and/or stickering. This way, our containers always fit perfectly into the landscape. This is renting space the way the customer sees it on TV.

The standard colour of the container is white, with black accents on the base and edges. Thanks to this colour scheme, it is possible to adjust the appearance to your wishes with relatively small interventions.
Our in-house design team can align the containers with your house style in a cost-efficient way. It is possible, with a minimum order quantity of containers, to have them made in any desired RAL colour.
Solar panels
Sustainable business fits perfectly with the times. Make smart use of the roof space of your container park by having us install solar panels on it. When designing the park, the most favourable roof orientation can already be taken into account.

When the site is suitable for this, the containers can be equipped with PV panels, also known as solar panels. Six panels fit on one container. These panels drive a micro-inverter, so that each container can be easily connected and disconnected, and high voltages are avoided.
The PV panels form a revenue model in themselves and can also be included in the lease quote if desired. In addition, these accessories give the park a sustainable look and green image. Ideal for parties looking for a dual revenue model.
Lighting
Lighting in a container is greatly appreciated by customers. When no power is present, it becomes unattractive to lay power just for a single lamp. We have a work lamp that gives a lot of light, is nevertheless very economical in use, can take a knock, is magnetic and can function as a power bank.

This lamp fully meets the lighting needs and in practice lasts a winter season before it needs to be recharged.
The lamp is supplied with your own logo, laser printed. The colour is blue or red.
