Since 2018, STREPPEL B.V. has had its own leasing company. This means we can always offer a competitive rate for operational lease. You will always receive a suitable quote from us quickly. We also apply a flexible acceptance policy.
Operational lease
With this option, you rent the storage container for the entire term. After the lease term, there is the option to become the owner of the object. During the lease term, all lease amounts can be entered on the profit and loss account. The storage containers are also insured against total loss during the lease term.
You pay a first lease instalment of 15% of the purchase amount. You then lease the storage containers for a period of 48, 60 or 84 months. After paying all lease instalments, you have the option to buy the containers. This means you become both the legal and economic owner of the storage containers. After all, if properly maintained, these can last for many more years.
Leasing our storage containers for outdoor storage can therefore be very attractive. The advantages at a glance:
Freely disposable capital through lease
■ Leasing € 50,000 means a down payment of € 7,500. That means € 42,500 in freely disposable capital during the lease period. At the end of the lease term, the final amount is intended to potentially buy the containers.
■ If you lease € 100,000, that means a down payment of € 15,000. So € 85,000 in freely disposable capital during the lease period. At the end of the lease term, you can use the final amount to buy the containers.
Advantages of operational lease
■ You can start using storage containers for a relatively low investment.
■ The possibility to deploy up to 7 times as many containers for business activities.
■ Capital remains available to finance the growth of the business.
■ Financial room remains available for investing in existing or new locations.
■ You can use your capital for other investments.
Cost of operational lease
In the coming years, leasing remains very attractive due to the low interest rate.
■ Leasing for 48 months costs about 7% of the purchase amount.
■ Leasing for 84 months costs about 11% of the purchase amount.
Assembly
We have our own professional construction team. Our employees have a lot of experience with both the assembly and placement of container parks. They deliver the containers completely turn-key. The tenant can move in on the same day.
In addition to assembling our containers, our construction team also equips them, if desired, with power and lighting. Our team is able to assemble and place dozens of containers within a few days. The assembly and placement of the containers is included in the price.
We move the containers with a (local) forklift truck. If desired, we install solar panels on the roof.
Marketing boost
If you want to grow your business, we are happy to think along with you.
Naturally, you want to rent out the available storage space as quickly as possible. You also want to keep the occupancy rate as high as possible. Perhaps in order to expand further afterwards. That does not happen by itself, of course. You will need to invest time and financial resources to bring your storage spaces to the attention of (potential) customers.
We can well imagine that you cannot always free up enough time for this. Perhaps you do not have enough information to determine which marketing tool would work best for your business.

Our designer has a lot of experience designing flyers and branding material for storage parks. He can, for example, design flyers and stickers in your own house style. The stickers can be applied to your Z-Boxes, so that they visually match your company’s house style.
Telefonische acquisitie
To be able to deploy this tool successfully, a good plan is needed. Essential for this is a good calling list of local businesses where your target group is a customer. We set up a campaign to turn these businesses into your ‘ambassadors’. Asking whether you may put up a poster or leave flyers. Perhaps they themselves also have an interest in some extra storage space? Asking the right questions is important, as is being prepared for possible counterarguments the person called may raise.
